Hi, I’m Sabrina Devasia — Trauma-Informed Christian Coach, Industrial-Organizational Psychology Practitioner, and founder of Archer’s True Path Coaching & Consulting.

I created this practice because I deeply believe that lasting transformation happens when we combine compassionate care with proven, effective methods. My own journey through challenges, paired with over 20 years of professional experience, has shown me the power of addressing both the heart and the mind.

My Background

With more than 20 years of experience as an HR leader, Training & Development expert, and Organizational Consultant across the United States, Canada, New Zealand, the U.K., and India, I bring a rare combination of business insight and human-centered care.

I hold a Master of Professional Studies in Applied Industrial-Organizational Psychology from George Mason University and am currently completing a Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at the University of the Cumberlands. My credentials include:
